Zhenwu V900のスペックと50万枚クラスタ

発表によると、傘下の半導体設計企業T-Head（平頭哥）が手がけた「Zhenwu V900」は、前世代の「Zhenwu M890」比で3倍の演算性能を達成したとされます。216GBのHBM（広帯域メモリ技術。積層構造により高速なデータ転送を実現する）（広帯域メモリ）を搭載し、チップ間帯域幅は1.2TB/sに達します。単一のクラスタで最大50万枚のチップを相互接続でき、フロンティアモデルの学習と推論の両方に対応する設計となっています。量産および商用提供の開始は2027年第1四半期を予定しています。

さらにT-Headは、2028年第3四半期に次世代チップ「Zhenwu J900」を投入するほか、自社マイクロアーキテクチャを採用したエージェントAI向けCPU「Yitian 720」「Yitian 730」を2027年に投入する計画も公表しました。

Qwenの進化と最大10兆パラメータへの拡張

モデル層では、Qwenチームを率いる劉大一恒（Liu Dayiheng）氏が登壇し、次期主力モデル「Qwen 4」「Qwen 4.5」「Qwen 5」の展開方針を示しました。現在、アリババの主力モデルである「Qwen 3.8-Max」は2.4兆パラメータですが、Qwen 5では5兆から10兆パラメータ規模での事前学習を実施する計画です。モデルが自律的に仮説検証やデータ合成を行う「再帰的自己改善（RSI）」の手法を導入し、長期的な工程を伴う複雑な課題解決能力を大幅に高めるとしています。

あわせて、スマートフォンメーカー向けに複数アプリを横断してタスクを実行できるエージェント基盤「Qwen Intelligence」の提供も発表されました。
