Qwenは、TaobaoやTmall（天猫）が有する40億点を超える膨大な商品カタログに直接アクセスし、ユーザーの好みに基づいた精度の高いレコメンドを提供します。さらに、物流管理やアフターサービスを自動化する専用のスキルライブラリも導入され、購入後のサポート体験もAIが最適化するとされています。

Taobaoアプリ内には「バーチャル試着」や「価格追跡」といった新ツールも追加され、Qwenがエコシステム全体のコンバーセーショナル・ハブとして機能する戦略が明確になっています。 Alibabaは、この統合を通じてユーザーエンゲージメントを高め、競争の激しいEC市場での優位性確保を目指しています。
